Welcome to MEWPS Connect (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website www.mewps.co and related services (“Platform”). By registering, browsing, or using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Definitions

• User – any person or entity accessing or using the Platform, including Buyers and Sellers.
• Seller - a registered user listing equipment, machinery, or services for sale.
• Buyer - a registered user or visitor interested in purchasing listed items.
• Listing - any product, equipment, or service offered on the Platform.
• Transaction - any purchase, sale, or communication initiated through the Platform.

3. Eligibility

• To use our services, you must:
  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Have the legal authority to enter into binding contracts.
  • Use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations of your country.

4. Platform Use

• You agree not to:
  • Post false, misleading, or incomplete information.
  • Upload content that infringes on third-party rights.
  • Engage in fraudulent transactions or activities.
  • Interfere with the Platform’s security or functionality.
    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Account Registration

To list or buy products, you must create an account with accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. All activities under your account will be considered authorized by you.

6. Listings & Transactions

• Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings.
• Buyers must review listing details before making any commitments.
• Prices, specifications, and availability are determined by the Seller.
• We do not guarantee the quality, performance, or fitness of any product sold through the Platform.
• Sellers list their machines on MEWPS Connect, and we handle the sale using the best available data. Buyers pay MEWPS Connect, and we release payment to the Seller after the transaction is completed. For transparency and security, Buyer and Seller identities remain confidential.

7. Payments & Fees

• MEWPS Connect may charge service or advertising fees for listings or premium placements.
• All payments must be made through approved payment channels specified on the Platform.
• Fees paid are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

8. Advertising & Promotions

Sellers may opt for paid promotions or advertising services offered by MEWPS Connect. Terms, pricing, and duration of such promotions will be clearly defined during purchase.
We reserve the right to reject or remove advertisements that violate content or compliance policies.

9. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and content displayed on the Platform are the property of MEWPS Connect or its licensors. Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

• MEWPS Connect is not liable for:
  • Any loss, damage, or injury resulting from transactions between users.
  • Product defects, non-delivery, or misrepresentation by sellers.
  • Any downtime, technical failure, or data loss.
    Our total liability under any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount paid (if any) to MEWPS Connect for using its services.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to your account without notice if you violate these Terms or misuse the Platform. You may terminate your account anytime by contacting sales@mewps.co.

12. Privacy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to such processing.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and, where applicable, Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, India, or Delaware, USA, depending on the contracting entity.

14. Amendments

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Platform after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
